Welcome,

I am an artist living in the beautiful state of Maine, and I have had love and curiosity for the outdoors my entire life. My work blends that love of nature, with a love of art, light and color.

  • MY STORY

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always loved creating and being out in nature. If I wasn’t inside drawing, painting or building something, I was out in the woods playing, fishing or exploring. From my childhood home in Connecticut, to bustling New York City, the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, and the wilderness of northern Maine, I’ve always found myself coming back to art and nature.

  • MY BACKGROUND

I began my career in New York City as a graphic designer and illustrator. After five years, missing easy access to my favorite outdoor pursuits, I moved out to Colorado where I spent my free time in the mountains hiking, backpacking, fishing, snowboarding, drawing, and painting. After a decade out west and two new children in tow, my wife and I moved to Gorham, Maine, where we have spent the last 24 years enjoying both the mountains and ocean.

  • MY MISSION

I believe everyone deserves access to the beauty of nature and art in their daily lives—it’s why I offer both small originals and prints, as well as larger canvases and commissions. I paint mostly in acrylic, with sizes ranging from 6”x 6” mini pieces for intimate spaces, to larger canvases for more expansive areas. I create in hopes of inspiring people to respect, protect and enjoy the beauty and value of all living things.
